Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Meemaw (Dictation & Spelling) or Meemaw Math (Mental Math, Automatismes & Brevet), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. Description of the Service

The Meemaw educational app suite includes:

• Meemaw (Orthographe & Dictée): Audio dictations, spelling quizzes, mistake notebook, and grammar rules.
• Meemaw Math (Calcul Mental & Brevet): Mental math training, Brevet blank exams (6 points without calculator), interactive math games (Boulanger, Pyramide, Carré Magique, Cascade), mistake notebook, and curriculum review sheets.
• Optional Screen Time Reward Mode: Parents or users can optionally use Apple's built-in Screen Time (`FamilyControls`) framework on the device to unlock distracting apps after completing daily learning sessions.

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of continuous availability or error-free operation.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases (Meemaw PRO & Meemaw Math PRO)

Both Meemaw and Meemaw Math are free to download and include free daily sessions. You can unlock unlimited access and all premium features in each app by purchasing Meemaw PRO or Meemaw Math PRO (available as a Monthly subscription, Yearly subscription, or one-time Lifetime purchase).

• Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any applicable free trial period).
• Auto-renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings on your device after purchase.

Since payments are handled entirely by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any billing requests.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps. You also agree not to use the apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, exercises, design, and branding (including the "Meemaw" and "Meemaw Math" names, logos, Pop-Art avatars, illustrations, and audio content) are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. You may not reuse or distribute them without prior written permission.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
