1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Meemaw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Meemaw is a dictation and spelling practice app that lets you:

• Listen to dictations dictated by Meemaw
• Use speech recognition to transcribe your answers
• Track your progress, unlock avatars, and view corrections

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of continuous availability or error-free operation.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases (Meemaw PRO)

Meemaw is free to download and use with limitations. You can unlock premium features by purchasing Meemaw PRO (available as a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan).

• Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Since payments are handled entirely by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any billing issues.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You also agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding (including the "Meemaw" name, logo, avatars, and audio content) are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
